Commercial Services

 EPDM ROOFING

EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) is a monolithic rubber roofing product that has excellent long-term weatherability, longevity, and repairability. This makes it an excellent option for well-insulated buildings with limited access for roof maintenance and servicing.

     TPO ROOFING

TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) is a thermoplastic roofing material that is dyed with titanium dioxide which gives it a bright white color and high albedo. It’s a popular option due to its prolific nature and cost effectiveness, as well as being a significant contributor towards energy efficiency.

   PVC ROOFING

PVC (polyvinyl chloride) is a thermoplastic membrane that mimics the high albedo of TPO and the longevity of EPDM. It’s inate resistance to animal fats makes it an excellent choice for restaurants and manufacturing facilities.

 SLATE ROOFING

Slate is one of the oldest and longest lasting types of steep slope roofing methods. This time-tested system is extremely durable due to the combined effects of using a natural stone roofing material and copper valleys.

   STANDING SEAM

   METAL ROOFING

Standing seam metal roofing is available in both mechanically seamed and snap-lock systems. They hold an inherent advantage over exposed fastener metal panel systems due to the hidden fastener design which mitigates the potential for water entry from overdriven and deteriorated fastener heads.

   FLUID APPLIED

   ROOF COATINGS

Fluid applied roof coatings are an excellent method of extending the life of any low slope roof system. These products can also alter the albedo of darker colored roofing materials which has the added benefit of lowering energy costs.

     SKYLIGHTS

Skylights are a popular option for office buildings, warehouses, and manufacturing facilities because the natural light provided can help reduce lighting costs and improve the worker experience.

     SHEET METAL

     & BOX GUTTER

Sheet metal and box gutter are methods of evacuating and preventing water intrusion into buildings, while maintaining a pleasant design. It is recommended that 24 gauge Kynar coated steel or .040 painted aluminum be used in commercial applications.

WATERPROOFING &

 DAMP PROOFING

Waterproofing is a product that is designed to resist the hydrostatic pressure of water, while damp proofing is a separate product that is designed to resist water without pressure behind it.

TRAFFIC COATINGS

Traffic coatings provide a slip resistant and durable finish to any concrete or hard scaped area. Similar to roof coatings, there are a variety of products available for a variety of applications.

      WET SEALING

Wet sealing or caulking is a method of waterproofing that relies on a joint sealant application. This method is particularly useful when adjoining dissimilar materials to prevent damaging intrusion of water into a substructure or system.

 MASONRY REPAIR

 & TUCK POINTING

Tuck pointing is a method of masonry repair that occurs at that mortar joint by grinding out a portion of the existing damaged or deteriorated mortar and resetting new mortar in its place.

BUILDING ENVELOPE

        SURVEYS

Annual building envelope surveys are recommended for most commercial buildings for an accurate assessment of the building’s overall condition. They provide valuable insight into preventative maintenance measures and needed repairs.
